Harrisville Pottery was established in 2016. It is a small, locally owned and operated pottery studio and shop located in the beautiful town of Harrisville New Hampshire. All pottery is handmade, wheel thrown using stoneware or porcelain clays with glazes that are food and dishwasher safe. We know you will enjoy this functional art as it graces your table. About the Potter
Sue Weller graduated from the State University of New York, Oneonta with a major in Education and minor in Art and earned a MEd in Administration from Antioch University New England. For decades, while raising a family with her husband and working in higher education, Sue continued to keep art alive by taking classes and working with local artists in painting ( watercolor and acrylic), drawing, clay sculpture and pottery. Now, in what she calls the “third big chapter in her life”, Sue is making pottery full time. She finds a deep connection with clay and form and loves producing functional art for all to enjoy.
